All statements and representations that I make in my story submission and/or otherwise related to the Materials shall be true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. In consideration for the opportunity to submit my story to AARP, I agree that my story and any other materials I submit and/or which are collected by AARP in connection with my story (”the Materials”) may be used by AARP and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns for any purpose in any medium in perpetuity, including the right to edit the Materials. I assign to AARP any copyrights that I may hold in the Materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for or have any right of approval over any use of the Materials. I warrant that use of the Materials by AARP and its licensees, affiliates, or assigns will not violate the rights of any other person or entity. I release and hold AARP Foundation and its licensees harmless from all claims and demands arising out of or in any way connected with the Materials, including without limitation any and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation, libel, and any other personal and/or intellectual property rights.
